If only it stayed put!

I have the finest, skimpiest, shortest lashes. I apply Defincils Mascara and lo and behold... I have long, lush, thick full lashes. Unfortunately, after a couple hours, I have mascara smeared under my eyes. I tried the water-proof version and have nothing good to say about it. The search for the perfect mascara continues......
